- Reservations are required for all routes. The bus will not stop at boarding or drop-off locations where there are no reservations (including certain areas).

- All courses require a reservation. The bus will not make stops at places where there is no reservation (several areas).

- Connecting Time Domestic Flight:■From Airplane to Bus：45 min;■From Bus to Airplane：60 min International Flight:■From Airplane to Bus：90 min;■From Bus to Airplane：120 min
- In Case of Bad Weather or Road Conditions *If your flight schedule changes or your flight is delayed, the bus schedule may also change. If you miss your bus due to a flight delay or cancellation, you may be booked onto the next available bus or offered other transportation options. Please note that we are not responsible for arranging alternative transportation. *If it appears that you will not reach the airport in time, we may drop you off at the nearest train station or offer another transportation option. Any additional fees will be your responsibility. *Depending on road and weather conditions, the tour may be delayed or cancelled. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Alternative transportation may be offered, but any additional fees will be your responsibility. We are not responsible if unavoidable circumstances prevent us from getting you to the airport in time for your flight.

- If a facility included in the tour itinerary is closed, the bus may pass by it or visit an alternative facility instead.
- If a rest facility is unavailable due to its operating period, business hours, or other reasons, the bus may pass by it or use an alternative facility.

If you miss your bus due to the delay or cancellation of your flight, you will be checked in for the next available bus or other transport options will be introduced. Please note that we are not responsible for securing other transport for you etc. *When we find it hard to drive you to the airport on time, we might drop you off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport option. Please note that you will cover the extra fee. *Depending on road/weather conditions, a tour might be delayed or cancelled. Please note that no refunds are given in such cases. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee. We are also not responsible if we can’t drive you to the airport on time to catch your flight under inevitable circumstances.
