Required reading

  • Please ensure that the reservation is made under the name of the person who will be staying at the hotel.

Restrictions

  • This service is available for suitcases only. Bags and backpacks are not accepted.
  • The delivery service fee per person covers one suitcase only. If you have two suitcases, please make a reservation for two people.
  • For the list of hotels that offer luggage delivery service, please refer to the PDF file.
  • The total size of the carry cases for delivery must be less than 140 cm (length + width + height). *If the combined dimensions of your suitcase exceed 140 cm, an additional fee of 300 yen will be charged per piece of luggage.

  • Upon arrival at the DELIBAG counter, please present the following: 1. Voucher 2. Screenshot of the hotel reservation completion email *To ensure correct delivery, the document should clearly display the hotel name, stay date, and the name of the person who made the reservation.

Delivery is only available to hotels included in our service list. Please refer to the list of eligible hotels or check for any location restrictions before booking.
