Kobe Port Museum "átoa" is a theater-style aquarium centered around an aquarium experience that combines stage art and digital art. We invite you to a new world unlike anything you have experienced before. Eight zones feature approximately 170 species, 4,000 living creatures, and approximately 50 works of art. In the "PLANETS" zone, which depicts outer space and the deep sea, you can enjoy an exhilarating laser performance centered around one of the largest spherical tanks in Japan. Be sure to also check out the photo-worthy food and drinks at the átoa Cafe!
It will reopen in spring 2024 with a newly renovated design based on the concept of "brilliance—빛나는(かがやき)"! The tower experience has been further enhanced with a museum themed around light and a 360-degree rotating cafe & bar where you can enjoy the sparkling views. From the first floor where the elevator arrives, you can take your time admiring Kobe's unique charm in any weather. There are also several photo spots throughout the floor where you can take unique pictures, so add new memories to your photo folder.
