Price

Day hire — one flat price per car per day. Toyota Alphard: from ¥49,000 per car per day. Other models are class-tier estimates (~), confirmed by email.

Booking

Priced per car per day, up to 10 hours of use. Book 1 to 7 days. Book at least 1 day ahead. Bookings made less than 7 days before the date carry a 10% rush surcharge.

Included

Private vehicle, driver and fuel.

Not included

Expressway tolls and parking — billed separately.

Payment

Pay when you board (cash or card to the driver) or online when you book. Estimated prices (~) are confirmed by email and paid when you board.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (full refund). Within 24 hours or no-show: charged in full.

Pickup in any of Japan's 47 prefectures; the availability of each model is confirmed on request.
