當天怎麼走
10:00
The car collects you at the hotel and sets you down at the top of Takeshita-dori. Starting before noon is deliberate — after twelve the best stalls here have half-hour queues.
10:30
The first stop is the street-stall row: crêpes, spiral potato, filled sweet pastries. The guide orders and pays on the spot, so you never stand in front of a Japanese-only menu guessing.
11:30
Then over to Cat Street, much quieter, and where Japan's street-fashion labels keep their original shops. This stretch comes with the commentary — as deep or as light as you say you want it.
12:30
Lunch sitting down rather than eating on your feet, usually one proper Japanese dish to balance out the sweet stops.
13:30
Dessert and coffee, then free time to shop. The guide stays to interpret while you try things on or ask about sizing — Japanese sizes run well off European ones.

The car takes you back to the hotel, or drops you at Shibuya or Omotesando if you want to keep going.

- 在行程所寫城市的中心區域內，飯店接送已含在價格中。中心區外同樣可以接您，附加費會寫在報價裡，絕不會在上車時才加。
- • 行程可以調整嗎？
- 可以。上面的時間表是跑起來最順的版本，不是死框。想多開一會兒、換一頓飯、加一晚，或砍掉某一段，都寫進需求裡；價格隨之調整，變動寫清在報價中。
- • 隨行團隊會說哪些語言？
- 請在需求裡寫明希望的語言。報價中會明確告知該語言的人員在您選定的那一天是否排得開，不會先答應、到當天才說沒人。
- • 什麼時候付款、怎麼付？
- 在您讀完並同意報價之前，不收任何費用。付款方式、付款時點，以及哪一部分需要預付才能鎖住第三方檔期，都寫在那份報價裡。事後不會再冒出新費用。
- • 應該提前多久預訂？
- 越早越穩。直升機、旅館客房、超跑和小店餐位每天名額都極少，不是付錢就有。臨近日期也歡迎詢問：有位我們就接，沒有就直說沒有。
取消與改期
這一趟行程的取消條件會寫進您的報價裡，並且在您付任何一筆錢之前就能讀到。
我們不會給整個板塊貼一條「提前 X 天取消退 Y%」的統一規則，因為每一趟要鎖的東西都不一樣：包機、旅館客房、超跑、只有幾個座位的餐廳。各家條件不同，且多半已先付款。統一數字看起來整齊，但對大多數行程都會是錯的數字。
我們守的原則是：尚未付給供應商的部分可以取消；已經付出去、對方不退的部分，我們會明說不可退——在報價時就說，而不是等您要取消時才說。想改期請在取消前先問：挪一次通常比砍掉便宜得多。
