Three steps: fill in route + date, choose the vehicle, and confirm once you receive the final quote (standard terms: 10% deposit to secure the bus, 90% at pickup; an agreed B2B or custom quotation may differ). This page walks through each step and the extra charges to expect.

1. 1. Route and date

   Book at least 2 days ahead. Enter pickup, destination, expected pickup time, and any intermediate stops (rest areas, restaurants, hotel check-in).

2. 2. Pick the vehicle

   29, 45 or 60 seats — one price for a 10-hour day (seats · price: 29 · ¥69,000 / 45 · ¥99,000 / 60 · ¥129,000), ¥15,000 for each extra hour. Each option lists WiFi / toilet / TV / microphone availability.

3. 3. Quote + confirm

   Usually within one business day (Mon–Fri, JST) OlaChill sends a final quote including expressway tolls, parking and overnight driver stays. Standard terms: a 10% deposit secures your bus and the remaining 90% is paid at pickup. An agreed B2B or custom quotation may set different terms — your quotation states the terms that apply. Applies to 29, 45 and 60-seat buses; Toyota Alphard bookings follow the private-car payment shown when you book.

4. Extras

   ETC expressway tolls, destination parking, and overnight driver stays (~8,000–12,000 JPY/night) are disclosed before booking is final — no hidden fees.

5. Cancellation

   Cancellation charges apply only to the 10% deposit: cancel 14 or more days before pickup and it is refunded in full, 7–13 days before and half of it is refunded, under 7 days before and it is not refunded. The remaining 90% is only paid at pickup, so you never owe it if you cancel.
