- From Naha Bus Terminal: Take local bus route 26, 32, 43, 55, 99, 112, or another applicable route, and get off at “Okinawa Convention Center-mae.” The venue is approximately 2 minutes away on foot. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes〜60 minutes.
By Yui Rail and bus
- Get off at Yui Rail’s “Asahibashi Station,” then transfer to local bus route 26, 32, or 55 and get off at “Ginowan Seaside Park Station.” The venue is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.
By shuttle bus
- Round-trip shuttle buses run directly between the bus stop on the DFS side near Omoromachi Station and the venue. Plans with shuttle bus access only and plans that include an admission ticket are available. Return buses are expected to be crowded, so please board according to staff instructions.
By car
- The venue is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes by car from central Naha, but traffic restrictions and congestion around the venue are expected on the day of the event.
- Parking lots around the venue charge a fee, and a parking ticket must be purchased in advance. If you do not have a parking ticket, you cannot come to the venue by car. Illegal parking is strictly prohibited.
- For the last train home, be sure to check Yui Rail’s operating hours and plan your journey with plenty of time to spare.
Reserved Seating and Tickets
The 23rd Ryukyu Kaiensai offers several types of paid viewing areas. General ticket sales have already begun.
- Sold-out seating: SS, S, and SA seats are sold out.
- Seats currently on sale: A2, A3, free-area, cameraman, and wheelchair seats remain available.
- Same-day tickets: Same-day tickets will be sold from 16:00 at the same-day ticket booth at the entrance to the Convention Center Exhibition Hall. Prices are 9,500円 for A2 and A3 seats, and 6,000円 for the free area. Same-day tickets are limited in quantity and sales will end once they sell out. Cash only.
- Advance sales: Advance sales included an early-bird offer limited to Okinawa residents, an early-bird offer, general sales, and an application option available as a hometown tax donation reward.
- Tickets for overseas residents: Sales began at 18:00 on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
- Shuttle bus package plans: Plans combining a round-trip shuttle bus and an admission ticket are also available: 10,000円 for the free area+shuttle bus, and 13,500円 for an A1 seat+shuttle bus.
- Notes: Strollers cannot be brought into the paid viewing areas, but they can be left at the entrance. Bringing food or drinks from outside is prohibited.

Lesser-Known Viewing Spots
Here are several lesser-known spots where you may be able to enjoy the Ryukyu Kaiensai more comfortably. Moving a little farther away from the venue may help you avoid the crowds while still watching the fireworks.
- Seaside promenade around the Ginowan Convention Center Located next to the venue, this area may allow you to enjoy the fireworks from relatively close by, although the view is not as close as from the paid seating areas.
- Green space around Ginowan Port Marina A little farther from the venue, this open space offers views of the fireworks.
- Urasoe Grand Park observatory Although it is some distance from the venue, this elevated spot is known for its spectacular wide-ranging views. It is recommended for those who want to enjoy the fireworks together with the nighttime cityscape. Free parking is available, but be sure to check the closing time.
- Kakazu Takadai Park This elevated park is another spot where you can look out at the fireworks from a distance. It is suitable for those who prefer to watch the show in a quieter setting.
These spots may also become increasingly popular, so arriving early to secure a place is recommended.
