Access

Lake Senba, the venue for the Mito Komon Festival Fireworks Display, can be reached by either public transportation or car.

By Train

The nearest station is Mito Station on the JR Joban Line. It takes approximately 15 minutes on foot from the south exit of Mito Station to the eastern shore of Lake Senba. The area around the station and the route to the venue are expected to be extremely crowded on the day of the fireworks, so allow plenty of extra time.

The venue area is approximately 20 minutes from the Mito IC on the Joban Expressway, or approximately 15～20 minutes from the Mito-Minami IC on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
