日本包车巴士能带宠物吗？
Usually yes in a carrier, sometimes no at all — it depends on the operator, not on the law.

Because a charter is a closed group, there is no other passenger to object — which is why most operators allow a pet in a closed carrier that stays on the floor or a seat with a cover. Loose animals in the aisle are refused everywhere.

Assistance dogs are a different category and are accepted as a matter of course. Say so in the booking anyway, so the driver knows and can plan the seating.

Cleaning is the practical risk. Operators may charge for it if it happens, so bring a mat and a towel. Also check the destination — many Japanese attractions and almost all indoor facilities will not admit a pet, and the animal cannot wait alone on a parked coach in summer.

🟩 这辆车是合法营运的吗？
在日本，有偿载客的车辆必须悬挂绿色牌照（緑ナンバー）。白牌代表该车没有有偿运输许可。
这不是走形式。白牌车在载运团体途中发生事故时，正规业者才有的旅客保险根本不存在。
OlaChill 的每家合作业者，在获准报价之前都必须提交绿牌与一般包车旅客运输事业（一般貸切旅客自動車運送事業）许可编号。没有许可，就不派车。
💴 为什么每家公司报价都不一样？▾
日本包车运费由两套计费同时累加：按时间与按公里。同一行程报价不同，往往是因为各家车库到您上车地点的距离不同。
计时不是从您上车开始，而是从车辆离开车库算起，回到车库为止。您以为的八小时行程，常常按九小时计费。
车型与季节同样牵动价格。同一条路线在樱花周或11月红叶高峰，会比2月同一个星期二贵——全日本的车就那么多。
🧾 报价包含什么、不包含什么▾
已包含：车辆、司机、燃油，以及业者的旅客保险。这几项无需另付。
另计：高速费与停车费。这两项取决于当天实际路线，越是正派的业者越不会事先写死。
跨越午夜或多日的行程，会加上司机的餐食与住宿费；依法还可能需要配置第二名司机。这些我们在报价时就说明，不留到账单上。
