Meet at the 1F entrance of the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center, then head up together to the rooftop terrace for a 60-minute photo walk past illuminated Senso-ji Temple and the glowing Tokyo Skytree.
Your adventure begins at the 1F entrance, directly across from Kaminarimon Gate. Meet your guide, then ride up together to the open-air observation terrace on the 8th floor for a stunning first look at your entire route.
Descend to stand beneath the massive red lantern of Kaminarimon — by night, with the daytime crowds gone, you'll get a rare, unobstructed shot of this legendary landmark. Then stroll down Nakamise-dori, spotting hand-painted Edo-period artwork on the closed shop shutters.
The highlight is Senso-ji's Main Hall and Five-Story Pagoda, dramatically lit against the night sky. Try drawing an Omikuji fortune slip, a beloved Japanese tradition.
Just steps away, discover Asakusa Shrine, where your guide explains the surprising difference between a "shrine" and a "temple." Your journey ends on Dempoin-dori, a narrow lane of wooden facades and paper lanterns, for one last unforgettable photo before dinner.
