I made a reservation, but was it properly reserved?

When your reservation is confirmed, we will send an email with instructions to your registered email address. Please check the reservation details and voucher. You can also review your reservation through the “Reservation Details” link in the email.

I cannot print the voucher because I made the reservation from my smartphone. Can I exchange it just by displaying it on the screen?

Yes. Simply display the Tokyo City Pass on your smartphone screen and present it at the counter of each facility.

How do I use it on the day of my visit?

A voucher with a QR code will be attached to the confirmation email sent after your reservation is completed. Please bring it with you on the day and exchange it for a boarding ticket set. For more details, please check each product page.

What is the Gourmet Coupon?

This is a coupon that gives a 1,000 yen discount on food and drink at participating restaurants. Depending on your selected plan (1-day / 2-day / 3-day), you can use up to 1 / 2 / 3 coupons within that period, starting from the date you specify at the time of booking. Please check the terms and conditions at purchase for eligible restaurants and discount details.

If I buy the Tokyo City Pass, can I ride the trains?

When you purchase the Tokyo City Pass, you will receive a QR-code voucher that can be exchanged for the "Tokyo Subway Ticket," which allows unlimited rides on all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines during its valid period. Bring this QR-code voucher to a traveler's ticket machine at a Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station to exchange it for your ticket. How many times can I use the sightseeing facilities?

The "Tokyo Enjoy Pass Experiences" included in the base pass can be used once per facility per ticket. After entering one facility, you must wait at least 30 minutes before entering the next. For optional spots, only the facility you purchased can be used. Please note that operating hours and closed days may vary at some facilities and shops, so please contact each facility directly for the latest details.

What is the expiration date of the Tokyo City Pass after purchase?

The pass is valid for 3 months after purchase. The "Tokyo Subway Ticket" can be used for 24/48/72 hours from the time of first use. For the "Tokyo Enjoy Pass Experiences," "Tokyo Gourmet Coupon," and "Options"*, you must start using them within 3 months of purchase; once you begin use, they are valid within the period set for each ticket type (1-day tickets: same day; 2-day tickets: 2 days; 3-day tickets: 3 days). *Options do not need to be used on the same day as the "Tokyo Subway Ticket," "Tokyo Enjoy Pass Experiences," or "Tokyo Gourmet Coupon."
