Restrictions

• •Please arrive at the Kyoto Sightseeing "OKOSHI" Bus boarding point at least 20 minutes before departure and show your voucher to the guide when boarding. The guide will provide you with your seat number. Please allow sufficient time.
• •Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy. if you do note present your voucher, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
• •The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above). Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child. Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please note that even if no seat is reserved for a child, additional payment for meals may be required at the restaurant in plans that include buffet-style dining.
• •[Guidelines to follow when boarding the Hozugawa River Boat Ride.] 1. Boarding the boat is only allowed for those who wear life jackets properly. 2. Individuals who are experiencing any symptoms of illness are prohibited from boarding the boat. 3. Individuals using wheelchairs need to be accompanied by an attendant, even if they can transfer to a seat independently. (Wheelchairs cannot be brought onto the boat.) 4. Children under elementary school can apply for free but will not be provided with seats. If you require a seat, please apply as a "Child (6-12 years old)". For children applying for free admission, those who are 80 cm or taller will incur an additional fee for the Hozugawa River Boat, regardless of age. This fee should be paid on-site. Children under 80 cm tall are not permitted to board the boat and cannot participate.
