Are there any restrictions on bringing luggage?

Yes, due to the narrow observation floor and rooftop deck, wheeled buggies, carry cases, pushcarts, and large baggage are not allowed. Please leave your baggage in the coin lockers or stroller parking area on the 1st floor. Additionally, taking photos with tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks, and using umbrellas and parasols are prohibited on the rooftop deck.

Are there coin lockers?

Yes, there are paid coin lockers on the first floor of the lower building. There are 8 large lockers, 6 medium lockers, and 8 small lockers, costing 600 yen, 500 yen, and 300 yen respectively. We cannot accept your baggage at the information counter if all lockers are in use. We recommend using a coin locker near your hotel or the station.

Can I enter the observation deck with a stroller?

No, the passageways inside the building are very narrow. We ask that you refrain from entering the observation deck with a stroller. Please use the stroller parking area on the first floor of the lower building at your own risk. We are not responsible for any troubles, such as lost or stolen items, at the stroller parking area, so please keep your valuables with you.
