  • Regarding Ticket Use After your booking is confirmed, the booking confirmation email and the boarding QR code will be sent separately to the email address you provided. Please have your QR code ready and present it when boarding the bus.

Restrictions

  • The child fare is 50% of the adult fare (amounts under JPY 10 are rounded to the nearest yen). Child fares apply to children aged 6 to under 12 (elementary school students). Children aged 5 and under may ride free of charge if they do not occupy a seat and sit on the accompanying adult’s lap. If a seat is required, please purchase a child fare ticket.
  • Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you may still board the bus at the hotel stop. Simply show your reservation details to the hotel staff.
