- Driver details will be sent out between the day before 6:00 PM and up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be aware of your email or messenger apps (WhatsApp/Line/Wechat) for notifications.
- A late-night/early-morning surcharge of JPY 5,000 applies for services between 8:00 PM and 5:45 AM the following day. Overtime charges apply as follows: Toyota Hiace: JPY 5,000 per additional hour Toyota Coaster: JPY 10,000 per additional hour The maximum service duration for each vehicle is 13 hours per day. Any additional charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash. If a pickup time is specified when making the reservation, the complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes.
