How do I confirm my booking?

You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a QR code in the correct email account. You can also click on the booking details link in the email to confirm the booking information.

I book the ticket with my smartphone, so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?

Yes, please present your QR code on your smartphone at the Nishitetsu counter.

How to use the voucher on the day of participation?

Upon confirmation of your booking, an email will be sent to you containing a voucher with a QR code. You can use this voucher to enter through the entrance on the 2nd floor of Yokohama Marine Tower. For more information, kindly refer to the product page.
