After making a reservation, a setup QR code will be sent by email (subject: [Dosirak eSIM] …) within 2 business days. Please be sure to provide an email address when making the reservation. If the email is not received, please also check the spam folder. If the email still has not arrived after 2 business days, please contact customer support.

The required APN information will be included in the email sent to you after your purchase. To set it up, follow the instructions specific to your device. On an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Select the installed eSIM > Cellular Data Network, where you can input the provided APN details. For Samsung Galaxy users, go to Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > Access Point Name (APN) > Add and enter the APN information from the email. Make sure to save the changes after entering the details.

If you encounter issues, first confirm that the Cellular Data function on your device is enabled. Additionally, ensure that the Roaming feature is turned on, as it is required for the eSIM to function properly. Next, double-check your APN settings. If the APN has not been automatically configured, you may need to set it manually. Follow the setup guide for your device, as outlined in the email sent after your purchase, to ensure the settings are accurate.
