📍 Itinerary idea

1. Pick-up at Your Hotel

2. Toyosu Fish Market2 hours

   We will pick you up at 5:00am at your hotel and take you to the Toyosu fish market by taxi. You will watch the tuna auction from the mezzanine or second floor. At the tuna auction, you will see how the auction works. Afterwards, we will take you to the Toyosu wholesale area, which is generally off-limits to tourists. The itinerary includes visits to about five to seven shops, including a tuna wholesaler that is purveyor to Michelin restaurants, where guests can talk to the people inside and are allowed into the shops while touring the market. We may try some very fresh tuna or sea urchin in the whole sale area if the market isn't busy that day.

3. Sushi Masterclass at Japanese cuisine restaurant Oikawa

4. 1.5-2 Hours

   We will take you to Nihonbashi OIKAWA for a sushi-making experience at a Japanese cuisine restaurant run by Mr.Oikawa. Mr.Oikawa trained under Mr.Masaharu Morimoto, a famous Iron Chef, and worked as a chef at his restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo for two years. You will learn from him to make 10-12 pieces of seasonal fish in nigiri. The tour will finish around 10:00am.
