- When boarding, you can get on and off by scanning the QR code displayed on your device at the dedicated ticket gate. Please turn off dark mode. You cannot board using a screenshot of the QR code. *QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
- When using the bus, please activate your ticket when you board the bus and show your digital bus ticket to the driver when you get off the bus.
- The Koyasan bus pass is valid for two consecutive days from its first use.
- Reservations are limited to 1 person per reservation.

- Please use a ticket gate that supports digital tickets. It cannot be used at stations or ticket gates where compatible ticket gates are not installed.
- If you cannot display your digital ticket due to your mobile device being lost, malfunctioning, or running out of battery, you cannot use it. Additionally, we are unable to process any reissues or refunds.
- If you exit at any station, the ticket you used will not be valid for re-entry.
- If you want to take a reserved seat on the train, please purchase a separate limited express or reserved seat ticket.
