Additionally, infants traveling alone (occupying a seat) also need to purchase a child ticket. * Children: Between the ages of 6 and 12 (elementary school students) * Infants: Under the age of 6.

- Refunds cannot be obtained at Tenjin Bus Terminal, Hakata Bus Terminal, or Fukuoka Airport International Bus Terminal. To request a refund, please apply through the purchase completion screen on the website.

I have made a reservation, but I would like to confirm if it has been appropriately processed and confirmed.
After we confirm your reservation, we will email the address you provided during registration. This email will contain instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will receive your reservation details and digital ticket via email. Additionally, you can access your reservation information by clicking on the "Reservation Details" link in the email.
How to use it on the day?
Please remember to take a numbered ticket when you board the bus, insert it into the fare box when you get off the bus, and show the ticket on your smartphone to the driver.
