Flash photography is prohibited in certain areas to protect the creatures. Live streaming is also prohibited. - Pets are not permitted (except guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs). - Roads and parking lots may be very crowded. Please allow plenty of time. [Kobe Port Tower] - Voucher validity is 1 month from the date of purchase and can be used only once. - An electronic voucher requires a smartphone with an internet connection. - The last entry through the second-floor gate is at 22:30. The building closes at 23:00, so please exit before then. - You may need to wait if the area is crowded. - If you arrive before opening hours, you will need to wait outside until the entrance opens. - Re-entry is not permitted. - There is no rotation system in place.
