Ochiizumi Beya is a unique Japanese dining and entertainment restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine while watching exciting sumo matches performed by former sumo wrestlers around the dohyo. In addition to watching the matches, you can interact with other visitors through a sumo experience. The restaurant also displays clothing and shoes actually worn by the renowned former sumo wrestler Konishiki, allowing you to experience their weight and presence firsthand. You can also enjoy a kimono experience here (additional fee) and purchase souvenirs, allowing you to experience a variety of traditional Japanese cultures all in one place!

◎From Arrival at the Restaurant Until the Sumo Show Starts
You can wear one of the various haori kimono provided by the restaurant, enjoy a variety of food, and explore the different exhibits. You can also take commemorative photos on the dohyo.
・Konishiki Sumo Wrestler Exhibit
Here, you can view and touch items such as the hakama, kimono, geta, and cushions used by Konishiki, the first foreign sumo wrestler to earn the ozeki title, during his active career.

If you would like assistance from a kimono instructor with dressing, you can purchase a dressing service separately for JPY 3000.

Enjoy chanko nabe prepared by the sumo stable master (JPY 4,000), snacks, Japanese cuisine (from JPY 800), and drinks (JPY 500).
*Visitors planning to dine and try on a kimono are advised to arrive 60 minutes before the show so they have plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
◎Authentic Sumo Show and Sumo Experience Supervised by Former Ozeki Konishiki
(Approximately 50–70 minutes ※5-minute intermission)
①Sumo Basics, Techniques, and Rules Demonstration (Approximately 20 minutes)
Watch an authentic sumo show supervised by former sumo wrestler Konishiki. Learn the basic sumo techniques, rules, winning techniques, and prohibited actions.
②Three Bouts (Approximately 5–10 minutes)
Compete in three bouts against former sumo wrestlers to determine the winner!
③Photo Session (Approximately 5–10 minutes)
Take photos with former sumo wrestlers on the dohyo. You can also purchase a souvenir service that turns your photo into a beverage label (JPY 1000).
④Sumo Experience (Approximately 10–20 minutes)
Put on sumo attire or a mawashi and experience sumo firsthand, feeling the incredible strength of a sumo wrestler. Afterward, you can take photos with the sumo wrestlers while wearing the sumo attire or mawashi.

Ochiizumi Beya makes every effort to offer the experience to as many visitors as possible; however, if the number of participants exceeds the designated capacity, participants will be selected by lottery. Visitors who are intoxicated or otherwise deemed unsuitable for participation by the on-site staff will not be permitted to take part. Thank you for your understanding.

Required reading
•The listed start times are for reception and venue entry. After being seated, you can enjoy a meal, try on a kimono, and take photos on the sumo ring. The sumo shows begin at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Doors close 10 minutes before the show starts, so please arrive at least 20 minutes early.
•Even if there are delays in transportation, the show will proceed as scheduled. Please note that cancellations on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee, except in cases of natural disasters. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, we can assist with changing the date and time. Please contact the store directly.

After exiting from Exit 4, walk straight to the end of the pedestrian bridge, and the venue will be the building on your right. Follow the path and you will see banners indicating the entrance.

Please use the parking lot of Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle.
The venue is located on the 2nd floor of Izumisano Ochi Arena, directly above Bike-O Rinku Pleasure Town.
Please take the elevator or escalator on the right side of Bike-O to the 2nd floor, where you will find banners marking the entrance.
Parking is free for the first 3 hours on the day of your visit. If you have a parking ticket, please inform the staff.
