Required reading
- After making a purchase, kindly check your email for a voucher that contains a link. Click the link to open the website page and press the "Use" button. When you arrive at the location, present your smartphone screen to the staff. *Please ensure that you use a smartphone with an internet connection to access the website. *Note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be accepted.
- We will provide a raincoat in case of rain, but your luggage may get wet.
- Please avoid using umbrellas in crowded areas or near low bridges to prevent accidents.
- This is not a reservation. A separate exchange is required for a same-day ticket.
- You may not be able to board due to full capacity or other reasons. (Tombori River Cruise often reaches full capacity, so please arrive early.)
Restrictions
- Check-in is required at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Student rates apply to middle, high, university, and specialized training college students with a valid student ID.
- One adult can bring one child under elementary school age for free, but there are fees for additional elementary school students.

- Please bring your electronic voucher on the day to exchange it for a timed boarding pass.
- Voucher Validity: Valid on the day of use only.
- The departure and arrival times of the first and last cruise may be subject to change.
- Depending on the situation, we may increase or use alternative cruises.
- The operation will continue if there is little rain.
- Due to ongoing construction, local events, and festivals, service may be suspended, and the operating period or course may be changed without prior notice.
