Required reading
•Please make sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure and complete your ticket exchange. Please confirm the location of the meeting point in advance and make your way there on your own.
The bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals, and passengers cannot join the tour midway at any sightseeing spot.If you arrive late, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be provided. Please be advised in advance.
Restrictions
•Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, before boarding at the “OKOSHI” Bus ticket counter and exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket. If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
•Please arrive at the Kyoto Sightseeing "OKOSHI" Bus boarding point at least 20 minutes before departure and exchange your voucher (mobile or paper) for a reserved seat ticket before boarding. Please allow sufficient time.
*You cannot board with the voucher (mobile or paper) only.
•The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above).
Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child.
Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please note that even if no seat is reserved for a child, additional payment for meals may be required at the restaurant in plans that include buffet-style dining.

•The bus course may change according to the circumstances.

•The company may choose to suspend or cancel the service if weather conditions like wind, rain, or others make it unsafe to operate.

(The boarding area is the plaza in front of the Isetan Department Store 1st-floor entrance. Due to ongoing construction, please go around via the Porta underground mall entrance. Continue ahead and you will see the plaza. The Kyoto Central Post Office across the street is a landmark.)
-From JR Kyoto Station Central Exit: Exit toward Nidec The Kyoto Towerr, turn left, and walk about 1 minute.
-From JR Kyoto Station West Exit: Exit and turn right, proceed along the north-south passage toward Nidec The Kyoto Tower, and go down to the first floor.
-For customers arriving by subway, please use Kyoto Station Exit 6.
