Reopened in spring 2024 with the concept of “brillianceー赫き（かがやき）ー”! The tower now offers even more ways to enjoy it, including a museum themed around light and a café & bar with a rotating 360-degree floor where you can take in the sparkling scenery. The highlight is the new rooftop deck. Climb the stairs from Observation Floor 5 to enjoy 360-degree views of 神戸 from a glass-enclosed, open-air space. A wide selection of souvenirs available only here is also on offer.
