- 【Digital Special Pass: Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass】 ・(What you need) Smartphone ※An internet connection on your smartphone is required to use this ticket. Please check your connectivity in advance. To start using the ticket, open the ticket from the voucher link sent at the time of purchase and tap the “Use” button. ※Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used. (For railway use) Valid area: All 9 Osaka Metro lines ・Not valid on other railway companies such as Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, etc. ・If you travel beyond the valid area, please declare at the exit station and pay the fare in cash. ・When using trains, hold the QR code over the QR-compatible ticket gates to enter and exit. ・Each ticket is valid for one person only. If you cannot find it, the email address may be incorrect. Reopen the ticket URL from the voucher and re-enter your email address. 3. Enter the OTP from the email on the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the ticket screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is completed, OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please use an email address that you can access on the day of use.)
