If you do not enter an email address, your reservation will be automatically canceled. ・Before making a purchase, please ensure that the mobile phone you intend to install the eSIM on supports eSIM functionality. ・After your purchase, a QR code will be sent to you via email and notification chat. Please note that exchanges and refunds are not possible once the QR code has been sent or scanned. ・If you delete the registered cellular plan after scanning the QR code, the eSIM will no longer be usable. Please ensure you keep the plan active until you no longer need it. *Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be re-registered, recovered, or reissued. ・Roaming charges may apply if your phone is used incorrectly. To avoid unexpected charges, please make sure to turn off the data roaming service of your domestic carrier before leaving the country. ・A cellular network or Wi-Fi connection is required to register your purchased eSIM product to your mobile phone. Please ensure you have access to one of these connections during the activation process. ・Existing installed VPNs may interfere with the use of your eSIM. For optimal performance, we recommend removing any VPNs before using the eSIM. ・If you are using an existing main line with an eSIM, you may not be able to activate two eSIMs simultaneously when purchasing an additional eSIM. This limitation may vary depending on the device model. Please contact the manufacturer for further details. ・Depending on the communication environment of the local telecommunications company, data usage may not be smooth in some areas. If the frequency band of the local telecommunications company does not match the model you are using, your connection may be limited to 3G or 2G networks. ・The eSIM can be pre-installed before you leave, and the usage period will start once you connect to the local network. However, if the eSIM is marked with Korean coverage or specifies that the usage period begins when installed in Korea (e.g., 143 countries globally), please note that the usage date will begin only when the eSIM is activated in Korea. ・Subject to the terms and conditions of the telecommunications company providing the service, product plans (including data volume, number of days of use, promotions, etc.) may change without prior notice.
Restrictions
- Refunds will not be available in the following cases: - If the USIM lock has not been removed, preventing the phone from being used. - If the mobile phone protection service has not been released, preventing the phone from being used. - If an eSIM error occurs and you leave the eSIM installed locally, returning to Japan without contacting customer support. - If the phone cannot be used due to a network inspection by the local telecommunications company, a natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please complete your reservation at least 2 days prior to your desired start date to ensure timely processing and activation of your eSIM.
