Required reading
- Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).
- Please show the ticket to station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
- Validity period: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of exchange. (The validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange. )
Restrictions
- Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.
Other notes
- Please bring your passport OR foreign resident card to claim your pass.
- Please note that use of the Tamagawa Line is not included in this pass.
- Please note that to use the Limited Express, you must pay a surcharge. Use of the Limited Express is not included in this pass.
- Please present your voucher to the staff when you exchange the ticket.
- Please buy 2 tickets if you plan to use a pass for 2 days.
- Voucher expiration date: 60 days (excluding the date of purchase)
- Please pick up your pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro. Business hours: 8:00 - 15:00, all year Location: Ikebukuro Station 1F The Information center can be found near by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exit is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.)
