Required reading
•Please arrive at the meeting place at least 20 minutes before departure. Make sure to check the meeting place in advance and go there by yourself. Please note that the bus will not wait if you arrive after the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late without prior notice, no refunds will be given. In addition, you cannot join the tour midway or make any changes to your reservation.
Restrictions
•Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, on the day of your trip to exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter. If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
•Please complete the exchange procedure at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter at least 20 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete the process.
※You cannot board the bus with only a voucher.
•The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above).
Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child.
Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please note that even if no seat is reserved for a child, additional payment for meals may be required at the restaurant in plans that include buffet-style dining.
Other notes
•Lunch is not included in the tour. Instead passengers can enjoy their lunch around Arashiyama area of their own choice.
•The bus course may change according to the circumstances.
•For inquiries and cancellations regarding the reservation, please contact your travel agencies.
•Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
•The tour guide can only provide commentary and service in Japanese, and the tour will be shared with Japanese tourists ( BE course).
•The tour with the GPS multi-language (English, Chinese, Korean) earphone guide. You can choose the language channel you want, but the machine only has a signal in the bus. Please don't take it out of the bus to avoid losing it. If the device or earphones have poor signal reception, please contact your tour guide for a replacement. Don't forget to return the interpreter at the end of the tour.
※If the audio guide equipment is under maintenance, this service will be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
•The company may choose to suspend or cancel the service if weather conditions like wind, rain, or others make it unsafe to operate.
•The voucher is only valid on the day of participation.
•Please note that the audio guidance system cannot be used when it is out of order.We kindly ask for your understanding.
•After arriving at each sightseeing spot, the guide will inform you of the next meeting time on the whiteboard, so be sure to check it and return to the bus on time.
•The bus ticket can also be used as an admission ticket to enter each tourist facility. It cannot be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place until the end of the tour.

*Step out of the central exit of JR Kyoto Station(1F), turn left and walk about 1 min.
Step out of the west exit of JR Kyoto Station(2F), turn right and go straight down to the first floor along the Nanboku-Jiyu-Tsuro, and just cross the entrance building of PORTA underground shopping center, walk about 2 mins. (Find the Kyoto Tower building, the ticket counter is nestled outside on the ground floor across the Isetan Department store and the Kyoto Central post office.)

If you are coming by subway, please use Exit 6 of Kyoto Station and go up to the ground level. It takes about 1 minute.

- If you have a mobile ticket for the Kyoto Sightseeing "OKOSHI" Bus, you can conveniently exchange it for a physical bus ticket at the bus stop. Please ensure that you do this at least 20 minutes before the bus's scheduled departure time. You should arrive at the bus stop with plenty of time to spare.
- You can’t board the bus with a mobile or paper voucher.
