Required reading
- Please enter within one hour from the start time selected at the time of ticket purchase. The final admission time is 30 minutes before closing. You will not be allowed to enter after this time.
- There is a final order time for product orders at the Drawing Factory. (Final Order Time) 30 minutes before closing *Operating hours and final admission times may vary depending on the day. Please check the official website for detailed hours.
Restrictions
- The venue is dark, with many areas of uneven terrain and unstable footing. If you fall under any of the following categories, you may not be able to experience the venue safely: - Pregnant - Using a wheelchair or cane - Having difficulty walking independently - Carrying a child - Wearing footwear with unstable soles
- Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult can accompany up to three children, and the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.
- For safety reasons, we cannot admit individuals who are in poor health or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Tickets cannot be purchased or added for children only. Please carefully confirm the number of participants before purchasing.

- We suggest wearing comfortable and supportive footwear for your visit, such as athletic shoes. Given the areas with unstable footing, clothing that allows ease of movement is also recommended.

- Please note that using assistive equipment, such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks, is strictly prohibited for photography.
- Depending on the situation inside the venue, you may be asked to wait before entering or using the facilities.
- Using flash while taking photographs is not allowed.
- Strollers are prohibited inside. Please use designated stroller parking on the 3rd floor.
- Except for assistance dogs, no other animals are permitted to enter.
