- The admission ticket to Planetarium TENKU can be redeemed from the opening time on the day of visit.
- Please select a show at your desired time at the 7th floor Planetarium TENKU ticket window and collect the seat receipt.

- Please note that some showtimes or programs may be fully booked. You may not be able to enter at your preferred time.
- Please note that certain planetarium works may have age restrictions for viewing. Unfortunately, children under 6 years of age are not permitted to attend the "Healing Planetarium".
- For the safety of our customers, we will strictly refuse admission after the screening starts.
