Mikasa: Features the Former Mikasa Hotel (*1), a masterpiece of modern architecture designed by a Japanese architect in the Meiji era, along with beautiful larch tree avenues.

Kita-Karuizawa: Home to the only remaining station building of the former Kusakaru Railway. In summer, you can feel the refreshing breeze from Mt. Asama, different from Karuizawa.
Kusatsu Onsen: One of Japan’s three most famous hot springs. Visit the iconic Yubatake hot water field and explore the charming hot spring town. At Kusatsu Onsen Ski Resort, enjoy attractions such as the gondola, BanZip, and scenic viewpoints offering panoramic views of the entire area, perfect for a relaxing time. The resort also features Japan’s tallest swing (10 meters high), a kids’ park, and more. Next to the observation deck, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi while taking in spectacular views.

This ticket is a one-way 1-day pass valid between Karuizawa Station and Kusatsu Onsen. It can be used in only one direction—either toward Kusatsu Onsen or toward Karuizawa. (Travel in the opposite direction is not permitted.) On the day of use, you may get off and reboard the bus as many times as you like at any bus stop within the valid route.

Required reading
•At the time of boarding, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent to you at the time of purchase, tap the “Use” button, and present the screen to the bus staff (driver).

*If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used individually; all tickets will be activated simultaneously. If you plan to use them separately, please purchase them in multiple transactions.
For security purposes, you may be required to complete One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. In that case, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been delivered to the email address you entered.

3. Enter the OTP shown in the email on the ticket screen and press the confirmation button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed.
(Once OTP authentication is completed, future OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please register an address you can access on the day of use.)
Restrictions
•For each accompanying passenger (aged 6 and above), up to two children aged 1–5 may travel free of charge. If there are three or more children, a child fare will be charged on site for the additional number of children. (Fares vary depending on the boarding section.)
•Children under 1 year old travel free of charge.
•Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted to ride together with passengers.

•If the bus is full, you may not be able to board your preferred departure. Please take the next available bus.
•No refunds will be issued if you are unable to board your preferred bus departure. Please allow plenty of time when planning your journey.
•You may bring one piece of hand luggage on board, provided that the total dimensions (length + width + height) do not exceed 100 cm and the weight does not exceed 10 kg.
By law, hazardous items such as dangerous goods and sharp objects are not permitted on board.
•If you bring items on board such as large musical instruments or any belongings that occupy a seat, an additional carry-on baggage fee may be charged as a special exception.
•To allow as many passengers as possible to board, please refrain from bringing large luggage on the bus. During busy times, or if items cannot be stored in the lower luggage compartment, they may be refused.
•Please load your luggage into the lower bus trunk by yourself. Wheelchairs and strollers must also be stored in the lower bus trunk.
•We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in the trunk. Please be careful not to mistake your belongings for those of other passengers.
•Small dogs, cats, and other pet animals may be brought on board only if they do not make noise or emit odors and are kept in a fully enclosed carrier or cage. Please note that boarding may be refused if other passengers feel uncomfortable or frightened. Boarding may also be denied depending on how crowded the bus is.
•Items in which a pet’s head, legs, or any body part can protrude from the carrier are not permitted on board. After boarding, please do not remove your pet from its carrier or cage. Customers are responsible for loading the carrier or cage themselves.
If any trouble arises with other passengers, you may be asked to disembark during the journey. The company assumes no responsibility for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from bringing pets on board.
