Restrictions
•Depending on availability on the day, there may be a short wait for an empty rickshaw.
•Each rickshaw can seat up to two adults. For groups of three or more, multiple rickshaws will be provided.
•Adult fares apply to guests aged 6 and above. Children aged 0 to 5 (preschoolers) ride free when seated on an accompanying adult’s lap.
Example: Two adults and two children → one rickshaw charged for two people (children sit on laps). One adult and two children → charged for two people.
•Normally, two people can ride together. However, for safety reasons based on size or weight, we may ask you to split into separate rickshaws. If an additional rickshaw is required, the price difference must be paid on the day.
•Pregnancy policy: For safety, women less than 4 months (16 weeks) pregnant may not ride. From 4 months (17 weeks) onward, riding is allowed.
•Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome.
•Opening hours may vary by season. Please check with the shop in advance for the most accurate schedule.
