Required reading
- Please make sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure. Please confirm the location of the meeting point in advance and make your way there on your own. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals. Passengers cannot join the tour midway at any sightseeing spot. If you arrive late, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be provided. Please be advised in advance.
Restrictions
- Please arrive at the Kyoto Sightseeing "OKOSHI" Bus boarding point at least 20 minutes before departure and show your voucher to the guide when boarding. The guide will provide you with your seat number. Please allow sufficient time.
- Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy. If you do not present your voucher, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
- The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above). Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child. Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please note that even if no seat is reserved for a child, additional payment for meals may be required at the restaurant in plans that include buffet-style dining.
Other notes
- Lunch is not included in the tour. Instead, passengers can enjoy lunch around the Arashiyama area at a place of their choice.
- The itinerary content and order may change depending on the circumstances on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- *This tour will be shared with other passengers on the regular BE course, which does not include an audio guide. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- This tour provides a GPS multilingual audio guide in English, Chinese, and Korean. You can select your preferred language channel. Please select the language channel you require. To prevent loss, do not remove the device from the bus. If the device or earphones have poor reception, please inform the tour guide and request a replacement. At the end of the tour, please remember to return the audio guide. *If the audio guide equipment is under maintenance, this service may be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that the audio guidance system cannot be used when it is out of order. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- The company may suspend or cancel the service if weather conditions, such as wind or rain, or other circumstances make it unsafe to operate.
- The voucher is valid only on the day of participation.
- After arriving at each sightseeing spot, the guide will write the next meeting time on the whiteboard. Be sure to check it and return to the bus on time.

(The boarding area is the plaza in front of the Isetan Department Store 1st-floor entrance. Due to ongoing construction, please go around via the Porta underground mall entrance. Continue ahead and you will see the plaza.
