Required reading
- Please arrive at the ticket counter at least 10 minutes before the departure time. If the boat reaches its capacity due to congestion, you will need to take the next available boat.
- Valid for 2 days from the specified date. *Operations may be suspended for safety reasons in the event of bad weather, such as strong winds or lightning. A refund for the Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway portion of the set ticket will only be issued if it cannot be used due to a full-day suspension of operations caused by bad weather, equipment failure, etc., on both days of use. Please obtain a non-boarding certificate at the local ticket window of the Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway, and submit your cancellation request via the inquiry form along with the uploaded certificate. - An internet-enabled device (such as a smartphone) is required at all times when using the ticket.
- Screenshots and printed copies cannot be used.
- Valid for 2 days: the start date of use (specified date) and the following day. * Can only be used once within the valid period.
- Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets cannot be used.
- Tickets resold on ticket resale websites, internet auction sites, or similar platforms will be invalidated.
- Tickets purchased through resale websites cannot be used. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, so please do not purchase them.
