Required reading
- Please arrive at the designated bus stop by the departure time. Please check the bus stop location in advance and make your own way there. The bus will depart on time even if you are late. Please note in advance that if you do not show up on the day without prior notice, it will be automatically considered as abandoned, and no refunds will be provided.
Restrictions
- Please present your mobile voucher or a printed voucher at the bus stop before boarding. Please note in advance that if you do not present your voucher, you will not be able to board.
- Adult fares apply to junior high school students and above (generally 12 years old and over). For elementary school students (usually 6 to 11 years old), please apply for the child fare. Please note that 12-year-olds who are still enrolled in elementary school will be charged the child fare.
Other notes
- The OKOSHI Bus (Kiyomizu-dera Line) has limited seating. Please note in advance that you will not be able to board once the bus reaches its capacity.
- If you wish to change your boarding date or departure time, please cancel your current reservation first and then rebook.
- Please remain seated and fasten your seatbelt at all times while on the bus.

- Please note in advance that operations may be temporarily suspended or canceled at the operating company's discretion due to strong winds, heavy rain, or other weather conditions that may affect safe driving.

- [JR Kyoto Station Karasuma Entrance - OKOSHI Bus (Kyoto Regular Sightseeing Bus) Stop] Address: Kyoto Station Bus Terminal, Higashishiokoji-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto 600-8216 (This is the plaza directly in front of the 1st-floor entrance of Isetan Department Store. Due to ongoing construction, please walk around the PORTA underground mall entrance. As you proceed, you will see the plaza. The Kyoto Central Post Office across the street serves as a landmark.) - From JR Kyoto Station Central Entrance: Exit towards Kyoto Tower, turn left, and walk for about 1 minute. - From JR Kyoto Station West Entrance: Exit and turn right, proceed along the North-South Connecting Passage towards Kyoto Tower, and go down to the 1st floor. - For customers arriving by subway, please use Kyoto Station Exit 6.
