Required reading
•When using the service, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent at the time of purchase, tap the 'Use' button, and present the screen to the staff.

* Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used.
* If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used individually; all tickets will be activated simultaneously. If you wish to use them individually on multiple occasions, please make separate purchases.
Restrictions
•Please note that there may be a waiting time for an available rickshaw depending on the conditions at the boarding area on the day of your ride.
•The capacity of one rickshaw is 2 adults. If a booking is made for 3 people, you will be guided to 2 rickshaws.
•Children aged 6 and over will be charged the adult rate. Infants aged 0-5 (preschoolers) ride free of charge, but one adult must accompany each infant. Example: For 2 adults and 2 infants, the fare for 2 people is required (Riding in 1 rickshaw: infants must be held on the adults' laps). For 1 adult and 2 infants, the fare for 2 people is required.
•While 2 passengers per rickshaw is the standard, we may ask you to ride separately depending on your build or weight. If additional rickshaws are required, the price difference must be paid on the day.
•Boarding policy for pregnant women: For safety reasons, please refrain from riding if you are less than 4 months (16 weeks) pregnant. Those who are 4 full months (17 weeks) pregnant or more can ride with peace of mind.
•Guests with wheelchairs or strollers are also welcome to use the service.
•Business hours vary depending on the season, so please check with each branch.

Look for the Ebisuya sign and our staff wearing outfits with the character '雷' (Kaminari/Thunder) on the back.
The rickshaw boarding area is located just outside Exit 1 of Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
* There are two stations named 'Asakusa Station' on different train lines. Please make sure to come to Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Exit 1: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FGtjBmQxEs7UwRE1A
* After leaving Exit 1, please walk a few meters along the street to reach the rickshaw boarding area.
