Required reading
- When you board the bus, the attendant will scan the QR code sent to you at the time of purchase. You must present the QR code for each passenger traveling with you. Please remember to show the QR code to the bus attendant every time you board the bus. *Please note that one QR code will be issued per person.
- Sky Hop Buses cannot accommodate standing passengers. If the bus is full, it will pass the stop. Please wait for the next bus. If purchasing tickets for a large group, please be aware that depending on the day's operations and seat availability, it may not be possible for everyone to board the same bus. We appreciate your understanding in advance. For congestion status, please refer to the digital map on the official website: https://skyhopbus.com/
- Some buses do not have onboard audio guides. Please use your own smartphone.
Restrictions
- Voucher expiration date: Available within 3 months (90 days) of purchase
- Children under the age of six can ride for free when sitting on the lap of their parents or guardians. The child fare also applies to young children who occupy a seat.

- Three types of Sky Hop bus routes are available - Red Course, Blue Course, and Green Course. You can hop on and off any route as per your preference. You can easily board the bus from any bus stop along the course.
