You may exchange your voucher for a pass on the date you made your reservation. You may not exchange for it on an earlier date.

Please show the ticket to station staff to pass through the ticket gate.

Please make sure, this ticket can only be used for Daiyuzan line of Izuhakone railway and for Doryoson lines of Izuhakone bus. Other line is NOT available by this ticket.

Tickets must be picked up at Izuhakone Railway Odawara Station (see schedule for location details).

Passes can only be picked up and used on the date selected when booking. Tickets must be picked up at Izuhakone Railway Odawara Station. Pick-up time: 7:00a.m.- 2:00p.m., all year round.
