Please present your voucher and passport to the staff when exchanging your ticket.

Tickets must be picked up at Izuhakone Railway Mishima Station (see the schedule for location details).

You may exchange your voucher for a pass on your reserved date. Exchange is not available on an earlier date.

Please show your ticket to station staff when passing through the ticket gate.

Please note that this ticket can only be used on the Izuhakone Line operated by Izuhakone Railway and the designated Izuhakone bus lines. It is not valid on any other lines.

Passes can only be picked up and used on the date selected at booking. Tickets must be picked up at Izuhakone Railway Mishima Station. Pick-up time: 7:00a.m.- 9:00p.m., all year round.
