The SUNQ Pass is an unlimited travel ticket that offers free access to almost all express buses and local buses throughout Kyushu, as well as in Shimonoseki and Nagato cities in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and on certain ferries. With access to approximately 2,400 bus routes, this pass allows for extensive travel across Kyushu with just one ticket.
※The validity period (the period during which you can start using the pass after purchase) is 3 months from the date of purchase.
※The Fukuoka–Nagato Yumoto Onsen route and the Fukuoka–Kagoshima overnight route are not eligible for use.
•The validity period of the ticket after it has been used extends until 2:59 a.m. the day after the customer taps the “Start Use” button. If the ticket is used between 12:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., it will be considered to have been used on the previous calendar day.
•Buses that accept the SUNQ Pass display “SUNQ Pass” stickers on the front and next to the boarding entrance. Additionally, boats that accept the SUNQ Pass have stickers at the ticket sales counter and in the waiting area. (*Please note that some vehicles may not have these stickers. In that case, feel free to ask the crew for assistance.)
•When using the ferry, please present your bus ticket that is valid within the applicable period at the ticket counter to receive your boarding pass. Then, hand it over to the attendant when boarding the ferry.
•When boarding a route bus, please be sure to take a numbered ticket. When getting off, clearly show the ticket to the bus driver.
•Please do not print the voucher. Instead, save the PDF file to your smartphone for easy access.
