Our night host knows which doors open and calls ahead — so the evening reaches places you would stand outside of on your own. It opens with a booked dinner, runs through a few cocktail rooms, and ends at a table already held for you in a club. We handle the reservations, the car and the talking at the door. Once your deposit is in, we send a list of restaurants, bars and clubs to pick from by taste and by budget — there is no fixed route, because a night that suits one group bores another.

Your night host meets you in the hotel lobby with the car waiting outside. This is where the evening gets its final shape — the shortlist went out beforehand, but changing your mind now is still fine.

Dinner at the booked restaurant. Two hours, properly seated — eating before drinking is deliberate here, not a formality.
21:00
The first bar, usually a small unmarked cocktail room. Your host introduces you to whoever is behind the counter — in Tokyo, being introduced and walking in cold are two different evenings.

On to one or two more, each a different thing: one doing classic cocktails, one working through Japanese whisky or seasonal sake.

To the club, in through the side entrance, at the table already held. Tokyo only fills up around now — arriving earlier means walking into an empty room.

The car is waiting whenever you want to leave. The Tokyo trains stopped hours ago, which is the part people forget to budget for when they do this alone.

Bedingungen, die Sie vorher kennen sollten
- Everyone must be 20 or older, the legal drinking age in Japan. Clubs do check, so bring your passport.
- Non-drinkers come along and get into every stop — Tokyo bars make serious non-alcoholic drinks, not a soft drink out of politeness.
- Dress smart: Tokyo's better bars and clubs turn people away at the door for shorts, sandals or vests.
- Tattoos are fine at most nightlife venues. Where a particular place has a rule we tell you beforehand rather than let you be stopped at the door.
- Book 72 hours ahead. Friday and Saturday need much longer — club tables on those nights go a week out.

Die Buchung entsteht erst mit Ihrer Zusage. Langsamer als ein Sofort-buchen-Knopf, dafür wird Ihnen nichts verkauft, was gar nicht verfügbar ist.
- • Werden wir mit anderen Reisenden zusammengelegt?
- Nein. Alle Touren in diesen beiden Bereichen sind privat: nur Ihre Gruppe, ein eigenes Fahrzeug, eine eigene Betreuung. Kein Zusammenlegen, kein Warten auf Fremde.
- • Gibt es eine Altersgrenze?
- Dieses Programm beinhaltet Alkohol, daher ab 20 Jahren — das ist in Japan das gesetzliche Mindestalter, und die Ausweiskontrolle machen die Lokale, nicht wir. Bringen Sie Ihren Reisepass mit.
- • Wo finden Abholung und Rückbringung statt?
- Abholung und Rückbringung an Ihrem Hotel im Zentrum der auf der Tour genannten Stadt, im Preis enthalten. Außerhalb holen wir Sie ebenfalls ab — der Aufpreis steht im Angebot und wird nie erst beim Einsteigen genannt.
- • Kann der Ablauf geändert werden?
- Ja. Der Stundenplan oben ist die Fassung, die am besten funktioniert, keine starre Form. Mehr Fahrzeit, ein anderes Essen, eine Nacht mehr oder eine Etappe weniger — schreiben Sie es in die Anfrage; der Preis passt sich an und die Änderung steht im Angebot.
- • Welche Sprachen spricht das Team?
- Nennen Sie die gewünschte Sprache in Ihrer Anfrage. Das Angebot sagt Ihnen, ob jemand mit dieser Sprache AN IHREM TERMIN verfügbar ist — wir sagen keine Sprache zu und teilen dann am Tag selbst mit, dass niemand da ist.
- • Wann und wie wird bezahlt?
- Sie zahlen nichts, bevor Sie das Angebot gelesen und angenommen haben. Zahlungsweise, Zahlungstermine und welcher Teil eine Anzahlung braucht, um eine Fremdbuchung zu halten, stehen alle in diesem Angebot. Nichts kommt später hinzu.
- • Wie weit im Voraus sollten wir buchen?
- Je früher, desto sicherer. Hubschrauber, Ryokan-Zimmer, Supersportwagen und Tische in kleinen Restaurants haben täglich sehr wenige Plätze — Geld schafft keinen herbei. Fragen Sie trotzdem, wenn Ihr Termin nah ist: ist etwas frei, nehmen wir es, sonst sagen wir es klar.
Storno und Terminänderung
Die Stornobedingungen Ihrer Reise stehen schriftlich in Ihrem Angebot, und Sie lesen sie, BEVOR Sie irgendetwas zahlen.
Wir stellen für diesen Bereich keine pauschale Regel wie „X Tage vorher stornieren, Y % zurück" auf, denn jede Reise bindet andere Buchungen: Flugcharter, Ryokan-Zimmer, Supersportwagen, ein Tisch mit wenigen Plätzen. Jeder Anbieter hat eigene Bedingungen, die meisten sind vorausbezahlt. Eine gemeinsame Zahl sähe ordentlich aus und wäre bei den meisten Reisen die falsche.
Der Grundsatz, an den wir uns halten: Was noch nicht an einen Anbieter gezahlt wurde, lässt sich stornieren; was bereits gezahlt ist und vom Anbieter nicht erstattet wird, nennen wir laut und deutlich nicht erstattungsfähig — beim Angebot, nicht erst, wenn Sie stornieren wollen. Für einen anderen Termin fragen Sie vor der Stornierung: Umbuchen kostet meist deutlich weniger als absagen.
