Where is Hakuba and how do I get there from Tokyo?▾
Hakuba is a valley beneath the Japan Alps in Nagano. From Tokyo: shinkansen to Nagano (~1h20) plus a ~1h bus, or a direct highway bus (~4.5h). OlaChill can arrange private transfers.
I can't swim / have never skied — can I still join?▾
Yes. All water activities use PFDs with guides alongside; Himekawa rafting is gentle by design. Ski lessons start from absolute zero.
What ages can kids join from?▾
It varies: Lake Aoki takes all ages, canyoning from 8 years & 130cm, ski lessons from age 3, summer camps 7–16. Water activities need 1 adult per 2 elementary-age kids.
How do booking and cancellation work?▾
