📝 How to cancel

  2. 2Step 2: Pick the trip to cancel, review the shown cancellation fee.
  3. 3Step 3: Confirm — a cancellation email will be sent.

🔁 Changing a ticket

  • Change date / time: cancel the old ticket + book a new one (cancel fee applies).
  • Change passenger name: contact OlaChill — not available via My Page.
  • Change seat class: cancel + rebook at the new class.

💸 Refunds

  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days after cancellation.
  • Method: back to the original card / wallet.
  • Note: international wire fees (if any) are charged by the bank — OlaChill does not retain them.
