🔁 Changing a ticket
- Change date / time: cancel the old ticket + book a new one (cancel fee applies).
- Change passenger name: contact OlaChill — not available via My Page.
- Change seat class: cancel + rebook at the new class.
💸 Refunds
- Refund timing: 5–10 business days after cancellation.
- Method: back to the original card / wallet.
- Note: international wire fees (if any) are charged by the bank — OlaChill does not retain them.
