- ■Regarding Prohibited Acts Within the Facility We prohibit entry to anyone who engages in the following acts within Tsutenkaku and Tsutenkaku SATELLITE (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"): ・Bringing in pets (excluding service dogs, etc.). ・Occupying specific areas, such as filming using a tripod. ・Bringing in fire or hazardous materials, and smoking. ・Defacing or damaging the Facility. ・Violent acts. ・Entering the Facility while intoxicated to a degree that normal judgment may be impaired due to excessive alcohol consumption, etc. ・Acts that the Facility judges to be visually, audibly, or olfactorily offensive to other guests. ・Displaying political, ideological, or religious principles, claims, or ideas. ・Acts involving discriminatory or insulting content or expressions. ・Distributing information about the conditions inside the Facility via the internet, etc., without the Facility's permission. ・Commercial acts, solicitation of donations, or posting of advertisements, etc., without the Facility's permission. ・Promotional acts for commercial purposes without the Facility's permission. ・Entering paid areas without the Facility's permission. ・Acts that are inconsistent with the use of services provided by the Facility. ・Excessively detaining staff members and hindering their work. ・Failing to follow staff instructions. ・Any other acts that are deemed inappropriate according to general social norms.

- ■TOWER SLIDER 【Age Restrictions】 ・Children 6 or younger and adults 66 or older are not permitted to use this attraction. ・Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian, as the consent of someone 18 or older is required. Children may not use the attraction alone. ・Children 13 or older may use the attraction alone, in which case it is assumed that guardian consent for the "TOWER SLIDER Usage Agreement" has been obtained. 【Restrictions on Use】 ・Children 6 or younger. ・Individuals 66 or older. ・Individuals under 120cm in height. ・Individuals weighing 120kg or more. ・Pregnant individuals. ・Individuals under the influence of alcohol. ・Individuals with concerns regarding bone health. ・Individuals with concerns regarding physical or mental health. ・Individuals prone to motion sickness. ・Individuals with sensitivities to light stimulation. ・Individuals with concerns regarding vision or limb function. ・Individuals with anxieties regarding high, enclosed, or dark places. ・Individuals who cannot safely wear a helmet. ・Individuals who cannot securely wear the sliding bag and maintain a stable sliding posture. ・Individuals who cannot understand and strictly follow instructions from staff. ・Individuals whom staff deem potentially unable to use the attraction safely. 【Storage of Belongings and Accessories】 ・To prevent accidents caused by falling items during the attraction experience, bringing personal belongings, accessories, or other items into the attraction experience area is strictly prohibited. ・In addition to luggage such as bags, accessories including hats must be stored in the lockers designated for the Tower Slider on the B1 floor of Tsutenkaku. ・If personal belongings or accessories are found within the attraction experience area, even prior to the experience, it will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use, and the experience may be canceled with mandatory departure from the area.
