If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
- All ropeway tickets allow you to get off at any station along the route.
- Guests holding this ticket are requested to wait in line when boarding and present the ticket at the gate for inspection.

- The one-way ticket is valid only for the direction selected at the time of purchase. It can be used from the time of activation until the end of operating hours on the same day.
- The round-trip ticket includes one one-way ticket for the Sounzan direction and one for the Togendai direction. It can be used on the day of activation and the following day. However, each one-way ticket is valid only until the end of operating hours on the day it is activated.

- Each gondola accommodates up to 18 passengers.
- The gondolas operate at approximately one-minute intervals.
- The travel time between each of the four Hakone Ropeway stations is approximately 10 minutes. *Travel time may vary depending on congestion.

Bus operating hours: Buses operate according to the operating hours of the Hakone Ropeway.
