- The venue is dark, with many areas of uneven terrain and unstable footing. If you fall under any of the following categories, you may not be able to experience the venue safely: - Pregnant - Using a wheelchair or cane - Having difficulty walking independently - Carrying a child - Wearing footwear with unstable soles
- Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult can accompany up to three children, and the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.

I have made a reservation. How can I confirm if it has been correctly booked?
After you make a booking, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. In the email, you will find all the details about your reservation, including a voucher with a QR code. To access the reservation details online, click on the link called 'Reservation Details' in the email. Please make sure to check your email after making a booking.
As I made the booking on my smartphone, I am unable to print the voucher. Can I show the screen display to redeem it?
Yes, please scan the QR code on your smartphone screen at the gate for entry.
How to use it on the day?
The email sent upon reservation confirmation will contain a voucher with a QR code. Present this voucher to the staff on the respective floor on the day of participation.
Is it possible to change the date and time of a confirmed reservation?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. Please review your reservation details carefully before making a booking.
