Pembatasan
- This service is available for suitcases only. Bags and backpacks are not accepted.
- The delivery service fee per person covers one suitcase only. If you have two suitcases, please make a reservation for two people.
- For the list of hotels that offer luggage delivery service, please refer to the PDF file.
- The total size of the carry cases for delivery must be less than 140 cm (length + width + height). *If the combined dimensions of your suitcase exceed 140 cm, an additional fee of 300 yen will be charged per piece of luggage.
