- There is no specific entry time for Sumida Aquarium. Tickets are only valid on the day of purchase and must be used during business hours.

Restrictions
- Voucher validity period: The Tokyo Skytree Observation Deck admission ticket and Sumida Aquarium admission ticket are valid only on the day of use.
- Tokyo Skytree is free for children aged 6 who have not yet entered elementary school. Sumida Aquarium is free for children aged 2 and under. Preschool children aged 3–5 are charged only at Sumida Aquarium.
- If a 15-year-old is a junior high school student, the child fare applies. If a high school student is 18 years old or older, the high school student fare applies.

- Voucher *Please note that the Tokyo Skytree and Sumida Aquarium vouchers are separate. *If you purchase an admission ticket for an infant (aged 3–5), a 2D Barcode will be issued only for Sumida Aquarium. Admission to Tokyo Skytree is free for infants (aged 3–5), and no 2D Barcode will be issued.

How do I confirm my booking?
You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.
I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.
How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.
