- When boarding, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member (driver). *Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone. *Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted. *If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately. *For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

Restrictions
- Up to two children aged 1 to 5 can ride free of charge with one accompanying person (aged 6 or older). If there are three or more children, a child fare will be charged on-site for each additional child. (Fares vary depending on the section traveled.)
- Children under 1 year old ride free of charge.
- Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted on board.

- If the bus is full, you may not be able to board at your preferred time. Please wait for the next available bus.
- Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to board at your desired time. Please allow ample time for your journey.
- You may bring one piece of hand luggage with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 100 cm and a weight limit of 10 kg. Dangerous items and knives are strictly prohibited by law.
- In special cases, such as large musical instruments or items occupying a seat, additional charges may apply.
- To ensure a smooth boarding process for all passengers, please refrain from bringing large luggage. Luggage may be refused if the bus is crowded or if it cannot be stored in the luggage compartment.
- Passengers are responsible for placing their luggage in the trunk. Wheelchairs and strollers should also be stored in the trunk.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in the trunk. Please take care not to confuse your luggage with that of other passengers.
- Small pets such as dogs or cats may be allowed on board only if they are quiet, odorless, and kept in an appropriate cage or carrier. Pets may be refused if they cause fear or discomfort to other passengers or if the bus is crowded.
- Pets whose heads or limbs protrude from the case are not allowed. Do not remove pets from their carriers during the ride. Please bring the carrier onboard yourself. If your pet causes any issues with other passengers, you may be asked to disembark during the route. We are not responsible for any incidents, loss, or damage caused by bringing pets on board.
